The APA and MasterCard are conducting the 2009 Payroll Card Industry Survey & Benchmarking Study. This large-scale study, along with your participation in this survey, will help define current payroll card practices and shape the future direction of the payroll card industry.

Colorado Allows Use of Paycards
Effective August 2008
An employer may deposit wages on a paycard so long as the employee is
(1) provided a free means of access to the entire amount of net pay at least once per pay period, or
(2) may choose an alternative means of payment
